Bij Art-fact houden we je op de hoogte van alles wat er speelt in Tilburg op het gebied van kunst, cultuur en creativiteit in de vrije tijd. En ook in deze periode zijn er weer een aantal leuke open calls voor creatieve makers en vrijetijdskunstenaars in Tilburg.
Festival Oude Dijk heeft een nieuwe samenwerking met de Stadsschouwburg en Pophuis. Op 7 juni organiseren ze een contest voor solo-artiesten en muzikale duo’s en trio’s. Tijdens deze zondag krijgen nieuwe makers de kans om hun eigen werk te laten horen: puur, persoonlijk en creatief. Dit vindt plaats in Stadscafé Benee van de Stadsschouwburg, van 13.00 tot 17.00 uur.
Begeleiding is mogelijk (piano) en er zal een vakkundige jury aanwezig zijn.
Deelnemers maken kans op een plek op Festival Oude Dijk, dat plaatsvindt op 29 en 30 augustus 2026 in Stadspark Oude Dijk.

Theater- en muziekrepetities starten in april op dinsdagavonden van 19.00 tot 21.00 op Landpark Assisië (in schoolvakanties geen repetitie). Kun je een keer niet repeteren? Dat lossen we samen op.
Ervaring is niet vereist. Zin hebben om te spelen en je te ontwikkelen als speler/muzikant is wel belangrijk.
GRAAL is een muzikaal sprookje over de zoektocht naar passie. Of gaat het over gepassioneerd zoeken? Iedereen heeft een vuurtje in zichzelf dat je brandend moet houden. Want als je dat kwijt bent, dan wil je alleen maar weg. Alles achter je laten en je vuurtje vergeten. Maar toch. Kan dat vuurtje ook weer aangewakkerd worden?

Are you a mover, dancer, circus artist, or interdisciplinary performer with a piece between 5 and 25 minutes long? We’re thrilled to invite you to apply for this year’s Tilburg in Motion festival, happening on September 24, 25, and 26, 2026, in Tilburg, the Netherlands!
This open call is for the afternoon performances of Tilburg in Motion. These will happen in a sort of pop-up style. The audience will be lead through the space of LocHal where a new performance will happen when we enter the next space.
LocHal is a public space, which comes with its own set of challenges and opportunities. We’re looking for pieces and artists who are excited about adapting to this environment and engaging with a diverse audience. Performances will unfold in spaces that are lively, dynamic, and surrounded by the daily rhythm of library visitors.
Because of this, it’s important to ensure that the performances are suitable for a broad audience, including children.
